IP Video Conference

Disclaimer: IP video has been and continues to be a very solid platform for video conferencing. The majority of video conferences to date have connected successfully to the remote site. However, all participants should be aware that there are limitations to what can be transmitted and that quality of conferences are effected by Internet traffic and network issues beyond our control.

Use of the video conference equipment is limited to ISU faculty and staff. All requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event to allow time for contacting the remote site and setting up test dates.

Conference events are primarily video only. Inputs for VCR, document camera or computer are available but must be requested when scheduling the event.
